Community for C.O.U.R.A.G.E was created by Felicia Koors due to wanting to attend more events and meetups for women closer to home near Denton, Texas.  Not easily discourage, when she didn't find what she was looking for, she built it! Encouraging and supporting other women on their current paths of life, Community for Courage aims to empower girls and women of any age, to come together and create true friendships.
​We'll go further encouraging our sisters instead of tearing each other down.  We shine brighter together.

​Felicia Koors

Felicia Koors is a full-time corporate working, married, mother of two, author, and speaker who encourages women to claim their power that already exists within.  Felicia turned her frustrations of burn out, depression, and anxiety while juggling motherhood and entrepreneurship into talking points in event rooms to build confidence and reassurance in other women that they are not alone in their daily struggles, and they are capable of overcoming hard things.  Born and raised in Irving, Texas, Felicia now resides near Denton. Felicia has had a long standing dedication to advocacy for others. She aims to bring women
hope and create a sense of belonging through community building.
​Felicia is a graduate of University of North Texas with bachelor degrees in Sociology and Human Services.
